About SwayQ

SwayQ is a creator marketplace that brings structure, trust, and transparency to influencer marketing. The platform connects brands with verified influencers through a queue-based matching system where brands post campaign briefs and creators apply on their own terms, replacing cold DMs, spreadsheets, and guesswork with a proper marketplace workflow.

The platform handles the full campaign lifecycle: from matching and briefing to content approval, publishing, and milestone-based payments held by Stripe and released on approval. Creator profiles are verified with authenticated performance metrics, giving brands confidence in their partnerships.

Founded in Copenhagen by Peter (Co-Founder) and Janusch (Tech and Builder), with founding co-founder Gustav Salinas and founding contributor Adam Sandgaard, SwayQ is built on the principle that the best collaborations happen when both sides meet in the middle. Campaigns are run hands-on by Head Concierge Milla Sandgaard.

Janusch Häring

Janusch is the technical architect behind SwayQ, responsible for full-stack engineering and product development. He builds the platform end-to-end, from infrastructure to user experience.

Milla Sandgaard

Milla runs campaigns end to end. An event manager turned campaign lead, living between Denmark and Australia and fluent in the creator scene on both sides, she scopes briefs, shortlists from the ranking, and brings creative vision to every collaboration.

The correct spelling is SwayQ (capital S, capital Q). The "Q" in SwayQ is always capitalised.
