About SwayQ
Sway moves people. Q decides who.
SwayQ is the creator marketplace ranked by signal. Brands describe a campaign, and the Q-Score surfaces the creators who actually fit, by engagement and category, not roster size or who pays for placement.

SwayQ is a creator marketing platform, built in Copenhagen, where brands and hand-picked Nordic creators run funded, transparent campaigns. Real budgets, guaranteed payouts, and creators chosen for the quality of their work, not their follower count.
The creator economy, rebuilt on trust.
The old agency model is opaque, expensive, and a step removed from the real partnership. Brands pay more than they should without a clear view of fit. Creators give up too much of the value they make. Both sides are asked to trust a process they cannot see.
We built SwayQ to make the matching, the economics, and the trust legible. A ranking does the work that cold outreach and roster favouritism never could.
We believe the economics of influence should be visible, the matching should be earned, and both sides should see the same terms.
What creators face today
- •Payment delays that regularly exceed 30 days
- •No standardised rate benchmarks across the industry
- •Opaque contracts with hidden exclusivity clauses
- •Zero leverage when disputes arise with brands
What brands face today
- •Finding the right creator is the number one challenge
- •Billions wasted annually on fake followers and inflated metrics
- •Fragmented tools — juggling spreadsheets, DMs, and invoices
- •No reliable way to measure true campaign ROI
What makes SwayQ different
Visible platform fee
Traditional agencies often keep the economics opaque. We do not. Our fee is a transparent percentage, visible before any agreement.
Category over roster
Today, matching looks past agency rosters to category fit and verified platform signals, with Q-Score ranking (depth over reach) on the way. We tell you what it weighs, and we never sell placement.
Trust, not leverage
Both sides see the same terms. No information asymmetry, no hidden incentives, no leverage games.
How the Q-Score works
SwayQ is a ranking system with a marketplace attached. Creators earn a position in their category. Brands search that ranking instead of a roster. The ranking is the product, and everything else exists to feed it or act on it.
What the Q considers
- •Engagement quality
- •Audience authenticity
- •Cross-platform consistency
- •Content velocity
- •Category relevance
A position, not a points score
Your Q is where you stand in your category right now, and which way it is moving. Not a grade, not a star rating, not a vanity number. Position implies competition, and competition is what keeps the ranking honest.
The Nordic trust covenant
We will not tell you the formula. We will tell you what it considers. And we never change the rules without telling you first.
- ✓We publish what the ranking considers.
- ✓We never publish the weights or thresholds.
- ✓We announce rule changes before they take effect.
- ✓We never penalise past work under new rules.
That is how trust works in Nordic institutions: the system is fair, the process is transparent, and the details are professionally managed.
Run by people, backed by money
Every campaign on SwayQ is hand-run by a concierge and fully funded before it goes live. Less friction for both sides, and nothing left to chance.
Concierge-led
A real person scopes your brief, shortlists from the ranking, and runs the campaign end to end.
Funded before it runs
Money is committed up front. Creators never chase an invoice.
Transparent fee
Our cut is a visible percentage, shown before anyone agrees to anything.
Guaranteed payout
Milestone-based release. Approve the work and the payout fires. No leverage games.
The Team
Years of experience. Determined to do it better.
Peter Vesterager
Deep roots in influencer marketing, and the commercial instinct to match. Peter knows what a campaign is actually worth before the deck opens, which brands are worth a creator's time, and what makes a partnership survive past the first invoice.
Milla Sandgaard
Event manager turned campaign lead, living between Denmark and Australia and fluent in the creator scene on both sides. Milla can tell a creator who will deliver from one who will merely impress, usually by the first call, and she scopes every brief around that judgement. The campaigns she runs are the ones creators ask to be on again.
Janusch Häring
Treats influencer marketing as an advertising problem before a technical one: what a campaign is really worth, where the budget quietly leaks, and why trust is the thing that decides both. Janusch builds SwayQ around those answers, which is why the commercial model and the architecture are the same argument.
Founding team
Gustav Salinas
Helped shape SwayQ's earliest vision and makes an already creator-first, commercially sharp platform even stronger with experience from building audiences, brands, and Salinas Slik. Gustav is part of SwayQ's story and a strong voice for influencer marketing that is more honest, useful, and effective.
Adam Sandgaard
Helped get SwayQ off the ground from the creator and sales side. A fitness and lifestyle creator who knows how a brand deal feels from both sides of the table.
Our Vision
A market where brands find the right creators faster, creators keep more of the value, and fees are visible from the start.
